He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Clinton McIntosh and Wanda Lee Giles. He is survived by: his sisters, Kenda Henderson (William Henderson) and Linda Morris; and his aunts and uncles, James Giles, Mary Nell, Bob Dunn and Joy Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
