She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Betts and Teleta Tate Betts; her husband Pat; her son Roger Porter; and her siblings, Polly West, Evelyn Patterson, Linwood and Gene Betts.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Marchman (Jack) and Rodney Porter (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Roddy Porter, Cory Porter, Jada Bryant and Dayla May. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
