He is survived by: his wife Kathy Penland of Clovis; his children, Alexandra Johnson (Daniel) of Muleshoe, Texas and Adam Penland of Clovis; his grandchildren, Stockton and Henslee; and his brother Donald Penland Sr. (Lucille) of Lunenburg, Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends.
