Brenda Reader Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Reader (Clovis, New Mexico), who passed away on September 27, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brenda Reader to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Verder Lee Oliver and Johnny O'Neal; and her siblings, Debra and Gerald. She is survived by: her husband H. Charles Reader; her children, Anaka Hudson and Charles D. Reader (Eric Hernandez); her grandchildren, Kiana Hudson, Zhamal Hudson (Tabitha) and Wayne Hudson; her great grandchildren, Annalise Hudson, Amelia Hudson and Allastar Hudson; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Royal Miller (Mason), Pamela Tucker, Michael Oliver (Joanne), Alvin Oliver and Melvin Oliver. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Legacy Church (3401 N Norris St, Clovis, NM 88101).
In lieu of flowers, and in alignment with Brenda's generosity of spirit, the family invites donations in her name to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
