He is survived by: his former wife Pat; his daughters, Carla Nuttall (Jack) of Clovis and Tina New of Conchas Dam, NM; his grandchildren, Vanessa Miller (Shawn), Christopher Everett (Laura), Shannon Atencio (Will), Brannon New (Emilee) and Alex Everett (Jena); his great grandchildren, Eve, Olen, Chloe, Mara, Aubrey, Kaya, Rainey, Micky, Bode, Charlotte and Luka; his nephew Buck Thompson (Kierston) of Ft Worth; and his caregivers, Anita Rubio, Esmeralda Mercado, Jackie Smith and Callie Mixon.
