He was predeceased by: his mothers, Frances William Fulton and Elise Viola Kline; and his son Roy Fulton. He is survived by: his children, Tina Brown of Devine, TX, Crystal Ann Gillespie of Claremore, OK and Jayson Curtis Fulton of Binghamton, NY; and his sister Elise Herbort of Mills, WY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
