He was predeceased by: his parents, Josefita Sandoval and Rose Sandoval; his stepfather Dan Garcia; his siblings, Mary Ann Sandoval, Elena Sandoval, Veronica Sandoval, Rita Garcia, Dolores Garcia, Phillip Sandoval and Albert Garcia; and his children, Dorthy Marquez, Theresa Baca, Betty Apodaca, Manual Ulibarri, Beatrice Sandoval and Jennifer Sierra Sandoval.
He is survived by: his children, Dolores Ulibarri of Canyon, TX, Cindy Crustitla Sandoval of Clovis, NM, Josie Mount Sandoval of Clovis, NM, Emily Anaya of Clovis, NM and Raymond Ulibarri (Pilar) of Amarillo, TX; and his brother Jake Garcia (Trini) of Clovis, NM. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, and 20 great-great grandchildren.
