He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Williams and May Lea Williams (Morse). He is survived by : his wife Connie Marie Rebell; his son Todd Williams (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Allison and Reese of Lubbock, Texas; his daughters, Jennifer Williams of Clovis and Dayna Williams of Dallas, Texas; his siblings, Dr. James Williams (DeDe) of Buena Vista, Colorado and Deborah Willliams of Farwell, Texas; and his aunt Naomi Williams of Clovis.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Methodist Church - Clovis (1501 Sycamore St, Clovis, NM 88101).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to First Methodist Church, 1501 Sycamore Street, Clovis, New Mexico, 88101.
