He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen (Wakefield) and Ralph Wayne Hovey; and his brother Wayne Hovey. He is survived by: his wife Beth Hovey; his siblings, Terry Hovey (Terri) of Miami, Texas and Cindy Tomlinson of Wichita, Kansas; and his sister-in-law Krista Hovey of Pasadena, Texas.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, lifelong friends.
