He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carpenter; his mother-in-law Ramona "Ma" Bailey; his children, Destiny Banister (Josh) of Katy, TX and Cassidy Carpenter (GeNae) of Clovis, NM; his siblings, Doyle Carpenter of Clovis, NM and NorVella Skarda of Longview, TX; and his grandchildren, Maddox, Bailey, Kaz Carpenter, Samantha and Callie Banister.
