He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre Charles and Valerie Charles (Ortiz). He is survived by: his brother Phil Rieser; and his grandchildren, Destiny Rieser, Philip Rieser (Cynthia), Electra Charles and Romoulous Charles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
