He was predeceased by : his parents, Myrtle Harvey (Cain) and Earnest Harvey; and his siblings, Becky Harvey, William Harvey (Dub), Drue Harvey, Glendon Harvey, Perry Harvey and Joe Harvey.
He is survived by : his children, Gary Don Harvey of Clovis, NM, David Shaun Harvey of Carlsbad, NM, Donna Fogleman (Britt) of Artesia, NM and Amber Finch of Clovis, NM; his stepsons, Christopher Finch (Pereece) of Clovis, NM and Travis Finch of Clovis, NM; and his siblings, Cheryl Cates of Alamogordo, NM and Ricky Harvey (Debbie) of Alamogordo, NM. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
