It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Ortiz (Clovis, New Mexico), born in Roy, New Mexico, who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Anacleto Ortiz Jr.; her parents, Paul Aragon and Stella Aragon; her sons, Phillip Ortiz and Jimmy Dimas; her grandchildren, Aliya Galvan, Genevieve Mowles, Felicia Rega and Julian Dimas; her sister Georgia Munoz; and her son-in-law Tommy Serna.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Serna of Texico, NM, Connie Mowels (Robert) of Pueblo, CO, Leticia Galvan (Ruben) of Farwell and Patrick Ortiz of Texico, NM; her siblings, Patricia Maes of Clovis, NM, Libby Armendariz of Tx, William Aragon of Tx, Jimmy Aragon of Clovis, NM, Michael Aragon of Clovis, NM and David Aragon of Las Vegas, NV; and her pets, Betty and Harley.
