He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Speer; his mother-in-law Donna Durham; his sister Suzy Masar; and his daughter Liberty Downey. He is survived by : his wife Toby; his children, Kelly and Karl Rios; his grandchildren, Vida Kay, Joe Cruz, Coy and Jasmine Speer; his mother Sarah Speer; his sister Paula; his brother-in-law Rodney Chitty; his brother Bobby; his siblings-in-law, Tawna Speer, Skip Masar and Holt (Jacquie Durham); and also, Fawna Lee Abel, TymberLee, Tyler Hight, Dalon "Peanut", Jenny Williams, Lillian Fe and Lainey Mae. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
