He is survived by: his children, Horacio Ruiz of St. Pablo, CA, Javier Ruiz of Parral Mexico, Carlos Ruiz of Clovis, NM, Jose Carlos Ruiz of Dallas, TX, Alicia Lopez of Clovis, NM and Catalina Ybarra of Parral; and his siblings, Jose Ruiz of Durango, Mexico, Pilar Ruiz of Durango and Argelia Ruiz of Durango. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 33 great grand-children, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
