He is survived by: his son Brandon "Blake" Douglass (Valerie) of Gunter, Texas; his wife Terri; his son Harden Andrew "Drew" Dougalss IV of Lubbock; his sister Kay Field of Muleshoe, Texas; and his grandchildren, Haleigh Douglass, Hope Douglass, Grant Douglass, Luke Douglass and Brock Douglass. He is also survived by family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that monetary donations be sent to Grace Fellowship Church, 500 Schepps Blvd., Clovis, New Mexico, 88101.
