He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edmond Jennings and Rozella Engelbretson Jennings; and his siblings, Billy Jennings and June Bauer. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Julie (Felix) of Kingwood, TX and James Jennings II (Julie) of Erie, CO; and his siblings, Mary Ann Pollock of Jacksonville, FL and Richard Jennings (Karen) of Prescott, AZ.. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren and 6 grandchildren.
