He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Burge and Beola Burge; his wife Rosey Burge; his daughter Lonnie Ann Burge; and his sister-in-law Debbie Gray.
He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Redding (Kevin Crockett) and Peggy Parks (Kelly Rivali); and his sons, Rusty Foreman (Kit) and Berry Foreman (Sue). He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
