He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Moya and Beatrice Moya; his wife Sinfarosa Moya; his brothers, Bobby and Leo Moya; and his daughter Martina Vale.

He is survived by: his close friend Jane Madrid; his sister Edwina George; his grandchildren, Felicia Estrada (Frankie), Matthew Rivera and Destiny Diomede; his great grandchildren, Christopher Gaillard, Tanaysha Gaillard, Timothy Estrada, Matthew Rivera Jr., Meilani Morris and Kahlea Morris; his great great grandchildren, Gaige Thompson and Elijah Estrada; Dee Madrid and Kelly Diomede.
