He was predeceased by: his son Keree Lee Petree. He is survived by: his wife Carlene Petree; his daughter Beckie D. Petree; his stepchildren, Brandi D (Segovia) and Brandon R. Cox; his brother Dannie Petree (Barbara); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Jaylee Petree, Colton, Tucker Cox and Burke Segoiva; and his friend Robert Tyler (Skye). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
