It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Higgs (Clovis, New Mexico), who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lillian Higgs to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Willis Lindsay Richards; her grandmother Elizabeth Park Richards; her husband Dick Higgs; her parent W. L.; her siblings, Elva Travis, Elsie Borden, Elbert Howey, Clifford Howey, Claud Edward Howey, Albert A Howey and Charles L. Richards; her nephew Eli Borden (Wilsie); and her nephew-in-law James Cox of Smyer.

In lieu of flowers, Lillian has asked donations be made to the New Mexico Baptist Childrens home in Portales, New Mexico.
