She is survived by: her children, Ciria Elena Valles-Perez (Abraham), Jose Francisco Chavez-Perez, Carlos Heladio Chavez-Perez (Selene) and Rosa Chavez-Perez; her siblings, Gerardina Perez-Soto, Zenaida Perez-Soto, Miguel Perez-Soto, Jose Fidel Perez-Soto, Raymundo Perez-Soto and Victoria Perez-Soto; and her mother Francisca Soto-Alarcon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
