He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Harvey and Carol Jesko. He is survived by: his daughters, Riley and Addison; and his wife Bonnie Yoakum. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the American Heart Association.
