He is survived by: his wife Debbie Howell; his sister Penny Gammill of Abilene, TX; his siblings-in-law, Bill and Karen Howell of Amarillo, TX; his nephews, Matt Gammill (Greta) of College Station, TX and Seth Gammill (Anna) of Dripping Springs, TX.; his great-nieces, Madison, Olivia and Sophie Gammill; his great-nephew Garett Gammill; and his caregivers, Dr Gary Moses, Dr Jon Shrader, Amanda Elam, Camellia Gallegos, Dr Mohammad Hassan, Dr Brian Zarikta and Dr Diane DeWitt of Clovis.
