He is survived by: his sons, John William Howell (Julie) of Clovis, NM and Mike McClatchey (Diane); his sister-in-law Carolyn McCombs; his grandchildren, Jake Howell (Avery) of Lubbock, TX and Hannah Howell of Plano, TX; and his caregivers, Cassandra Linn, Faith Garcia and Karen Shealy.
