He is survived by: his wife Eldina Collins; his children, Carl Black II (Krystal) of Enid, OK, Justin Black (Cindy) of Los Alamos, NM, Breanne Clair (Michael) of Chatham, IL and Ben Black (Kara) of Litchfield, IL; his grandchildren, Carl, Elizabeth, Hannah, Emmilia, Logan, Wyatt, Julia, Brody, Jasper, Silas, Jake, Wes, Kyla, Liam and BreAnna; and his great grandchild Charlie.
