He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Powers and Syble Powers; his former wife Marilyn Darlene Powers; his children, Laura Clark and Harold Wayne Powers; his siblings, Robert Powers, Janice Johnston and Darell Powers; and his grandsons, Jason Clark and Nathan Powers.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Tipton; his children, Denna Powers, Tonya Polomsky (Doug), Rusty Powers (Terry), Michael Powers and Tony Sasser (Eileen); and his sister Marcella Lindert (Gordon). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and sister.
