He is survived by: his wife Cindy Osburn; his children, Shea Osburn (Phil Martinez) of Fresno, CA, Brooke Bowman (Tony) of Clovis, NM and Kerry Osburn (D'Shawn) of Dora, NM; his siblings, Debbie Nation of Tulsa, OK and Tony Osburn (Kim) of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren, Luke Bowman, Kady Osburn, Annie Bowman, Calla Martinez, Kayson Osburn and Iris Martinez.
The family suggests donations to The Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico, 2217 E Brady Avenue, Clovis, NM in lieu of flowers.
