He is survived by: his mother Katie Laymon of Dexter, NM; his wife Jana Hudson (Chapman); his children, Richard Hudson II (Jennifer) of Clovis, NM, Amber Hudson (Charles Burns) of Portales, NM and Rebecca King (Ben Liu) of Visalia, CA; his brother Terry Hudson of Dexter, NM; and his grandchildren, Jenice-Lennae, Bryleigh, Charlei, Maisley Hudson, Lana, Sydney Burns, Douglas James King and Sarah Liu.
