She was predeceased by : her mother Manuela Montoya; her siblings, Manuel Peña and Andrea Sena; and her grandchildren, Damian Garza and Zina Garza.

She is survived by : her husband Luis Segovia; her children, Denise Garza (Jaime) of Midland, TX, Mary Segovia (Celestino Rojas) of Clovis, NM, Oscar Peña (Hope) of Clovis, NM, Gilbert Peña (Sandra) of Midland, TX and Raymond Segovia of Clovis, NM; and her grandchildren, Jamie Robles, Justin Garza, OJ Peña, JJ Peña, Alexia Morgan, Melanie Peña, Nathan Peña, Ruben Segovia, Jorden Segovia, Desirae Segovia, Rhyan Segovia, Joseph Segovia, Mathew Segovia and Maya Segovia. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe (108 Davis St, Clovis, NM 88101). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
