She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hungerford and Pierrette Hungerford; her grandfather Lionel Hungerford; her father-in-law Ray Falks; and her nephew Jace Wilhite.
She is survived by: her spouse Dean Falks; her sons, Kelani (Jonathan Mondragon) and Dennis (Marie Hungerford); her siblings, Corrina (John Montano) and Carrina Hungerford; her grandchildren, Story, Taytum, Spencer, Wilder, Rebel, Kruz, Tukker, Tawny and Patrick Phillips; her siblings' children, Devon (Brittany Montano), Dexter Correll and Wanda Falks; and her mother-in-law Wanda Falks.
Memorials may be given to Cindy's Hope for Precious Paws or The Labor of Love Project.
