He is survived by: his father Ted Blair (Carolyn) of Portales, NM; his spouse Tori Blair (Teague); his children, Sophia and Malakai; his mother Dolores Chavez (Chavez) of Clovis, NM; his brothers, Domenic Blair (O'Brianne Wheeler) of Henderson, NV and Gage Blair of Las Cruces, NM; and his grandmother Elise Blair. He is also survived by his family and close friends.
