He was predeceased by : his grandparents, George Chavez, Teddy Blair and Fulgencia Mondragon Chavez; his aunt Kelly Brusven; and his uncle Robert Chavez.

He is survived by : his father Ted Blair (Carolyn) of Portales, NM; his spouse Tori Blair (Teague); his children, Sophia and Malakai; his mother Dolores Chavez (Chavez) of Clovis, NM; his brothers, Domenic Blair (O'Brianne Wheeler) of Henderson, NV and Gage Blair of Las Cruces, NM; and his grandmother Elise Blair. He is also survived by his family and close friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Muffley Funeral Home (1430 N Thornton St, Clovis, NM 88101). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the The Chapel (1500 N Thornton St, Clovis, NM 88101, USA).
