He is survived by: his children, Tommy Keith (Annette Bonds) and Shelly Durham (Max Martin); his sister Ruth Cook of Colorado Springs, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Nikki (Kevin Taggart), Thomas (Shelbi Bonds) and Tawney (Zack Hammonds); and his great grandchildren, Kaesen, Stevi, Finley, Regan, Molly, Garrett, Addie Mae and Kynlee.
