It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vera Wood of Clovis, New Mexico, born in Dimmitt, Texas, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Normie Scarborough and Mary Scarborough (Lowe). She is survived by : her significant other Boyd Wood; her children, Brandon Hughes (Leslie), Nikkie Rice (Kenny), Crescent Ostrom (Brian) and Michael Wood (Jessa); her grandchildren, Orrin Rice (Moira), Mackenzie Rice, Ethan, Paden Hughes, Hanna Ostrom and Sydney Rice; and her great grandchild Ayden Rice.
In keeping with Vera's wishes, in lieu of flowers, she would like memorial contributions to be made to the Pregnancy Resource Center, 621 N. Main St., Clovis, New Mexico 88101.
