With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wanda Jo Davis (Clovis, New Mexico), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmer Frazier Davis and Wanona Leona Kincade; her close friend Jasper "J. C." Jenkins; her significant other Jasper "J. C." Jenkins; her son Tommy Davis; and her siblings, John Davis, Charles Davis, Dixie Pickard and Darlene Smith.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Amy Payne (Mattie Reggie Greer); her grandchildren, Betty Sanders of New York, Joyce Morgan (Phillip) of Amarillo, TX, Trudy Jenkins (J. C.) of Clovis, NM, Georgie Roberts (Bill) of Abilene, TX, Vicky Moorehead of Lovington, NM, Nancy Moorehead (Rocky) of Lovington, NM, Ricky Davis (Nita) of Lovington, NM and Tish Fenn (Antonio Martinez) of Clovis, NM; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Wymbs (Jaiden Barela), Arline Davis, Tommy Davis Jr., Josiah Davis, JayB Wymbs, Matthew Davis and Stephen Gutierrez (Courtney).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Angels (1430 N Thornton St, Clovis, NM 88101). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the The Chaple (1500 N Thornton St, Clovis, NM 88101, USA).
