He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Sanchez and Brigida Sanchez; his children, Steve and Emily Amezcua; his son-in-law Carlos Amezcua; his siblings, Don, Chris, Gilbert and Rose Gonzales; and his nephew Gilbert Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Eddie (Renée), Candie (Arturo) and Julian (Debbie); his grandchildren, Daniel, Amanda, Stephanie and Lisette; his great grandchildren, Dylan and Autumn; and his sisters, Fia Blackwell and Mercy Armenta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Masters Hand Church of God (306 N 7th St, Bloomfield, NM 87413).
