She is survived by: her children, Gildardo Ruiz (Brumilda), Jaime Ruiz (Martha) of El Mirage, Arizona, Sandy Ruiz Gallosa (Jaime) of Deming, Jessica Ruiz Tena (Edgar) of Deming and Gabriel Saenz of Deming; and her siblings, Hortencia Calzadillas, Anita Barraza, Maria Isabel Barraza, Joaquin Barrera, Octavio Barrera and Lucio Barrera. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
