Claudia Arledge Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Arledge of Deming, New Mexico, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonides Arledge and Martina Arledge (Leonides Calvin Arledge); and her sisters, Leonidas and Valentina. She is survived by: her close friend Benjamin Escalante; her children, Maximino Gomez III, Calvin Arledge (Katrina), Joseph Gomez, Vito Victor Gomez, Trinidad Abel Gomez (Sabrina Gallosa), James, Raphael Arledge, Claudia J Gomez, Jessica Arledge (Alfonso Martinez) and Yaneysa Arledge (Alberto Valenzuela); her siblings, Omar Arledge (Sandra), Sonia Carmina Arledge (Roberto Sanchez), Marcia Trejo, Elena Rocha (Andres) and Treva Salazar (Miguel); and the father of her children Maximino Gomez II. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A wake will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Family Home (2815 S Nickel St, Deming, NM 88030). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at 300 W Jesus Carreon Ave, Columbus, NM 88029. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Valley Heights Cemetery.
