She was predeceased by: her brother Eric Sandoval. She is survived by: her parents, Raymond R. Anzaldua III and Cynthia Sandoval Anzaldua of Morenci; her daughters, Evalycia Rae Anzaldua, Sabrina Marie Cuhen, Adalina Nicole Cuhen, Aaliyah Cuhen and Mila Rose Cuhen; and her sister Whitney Anzaldua.
