He was predeceased by: his parents, Encarnacion Pena and Maria Pena; his siblings, Encarnacion Pena Jr., Peter Pena, Raymond Pena, Margaret Pena, Lupe Ruiz and Amelia Rascon; and his son Emilio David Pena.
He is survived by: his former wives, Olivia Jacquez Chacon and Karen Hollingsworth Pena; his sons, Andrew S. Pena of Mesa Arizona, Michael Pena and Christopher Pena; his granddaughter Rachael Pena Bishop of Deming, NM; and his sisters, Sally Gallosa and Delores Pena of Albuquerque. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
