“It is sad you are gone but I will always cherish the memory of the fun summer day you spent with Debbie, Christian and me. We were playing inside as usual and you suggested we go outside. As we walked outside you were waiting with the hose and with no warning started to spray us. We were running around the yard laughing and screaming all wet trying to do the same to you. I had lots of fun that day. Later on you walked us to the store and bought us some munchies. May you rest in peace. You will be missed by all.”

I had a couple of letters I wrote you sent back to me and it breaks my heart to know that you never got to read them! I cherish the ones I received from you, but right now can't even bring myself to read them again. You were kind, compassionate, loving, caring. Willing to give everything you had if someone needed it, even if you didn't have much yourself. You were more amazing than any of us truly understood. You were humble, forgiving and non-judgmental. even when others hurt you or put you down.. you would always brush it off and just move on.
