As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jesse may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvin Dorman and Evelyn Davison; and her stepfather Eugene Davison. She is survived by : her husband James David Richardson; her brother Samuel Dorman (Debbie); and her daughters, Wendi Cleland (Chris) and Sandi Jackson (Bret). She is also survived by grandchildren and nine (9) great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (700 S 8th St, Deming, NM 88030).

The family requests that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to Betty's favorite charity, Samaritan's Purse.
