He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Marshall and Creasy Marshall; his grandmother Alberta Timmons; his siblings, Ella Mae George, Samuel Hall and Edwards; and his former wife Mary Chavez Ojo.
He is survived by: his children, John E. Marshall (Rachel), Laura A, Oza L. Marshall (Olivia), Helen Marshall, Albert Williams (Cathy) and Phillip L; and his wife Oza. He is also survived by grandchildren; 62+ great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, host of other family and friends.
