Cook V, Christopher Cook, Garrett Cook and Ryan Cook; her son Christopher Bradley Cook (Lyslee); her grandchildren, Aaron and Casey Cook; her child Cathey Jane Schieber (Bryan); her grandchildren, Brad, August, Robbie Kreowski and Cortney Pegg; her daughter Carol Elizabeth Turner (Johnny); and her grandchildren, Kayla and Brooke. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
