He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence B. Condron Dickey and Robert K. Dickey; his wife Charlene Dickey; and his brother Tom Dickey. He is survived by: his children, David W. Dickey of Grand Junction, CO, Barbara J. Cox (Rex) of Payson, AZ. and Steven E Dickey (Janice) of Safford, AZ; and his brothers, Dale Dickey (Mary Jo) of Biglerville, PA and William Dickey of Smicksburg, PA. He is also survived by two grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
