It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Piñon Trejo of Deming, New Mexico, who passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Basilisio "B. R." Trejo and Julia Trejo; his siblings, Manuel "Sonny" Trejo and Margie Trejo; and his godson David Ray Uzueta.
He is survived by: his wife Dora Portillo Trejo; his children, Raymond J. Trejo (Ginger) and Christina Trejo-Montes (Jerry); his grandchildren, Brandon "B. J." Trejo (Lucy), Jaclyn Laubhan (Aaron), Katelyn Montes-Perkins (Brandon) and Diego Ray Montes (Marissa); his great grandchildren, Annika, McKenzie, Tatiana, Beckham, Zaylee, Braxton and Braylon; his brothers, William, Billy and Orlando Trejo (Dora) of Deming; and his friend Sanchez of Chino, California.. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
