Sergio Loya Espinoza Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sergio Loya Espinoza of Deming, New Mexico, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2025 at the age of 71. As we bid Sergio farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sergio is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Loya Quezada and Maria Eufemia Espinoza; and his brother Augustin Loya. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Camacho Loya; his children, Sergio Loya Jr. (Adilene Escapita) of Las Cruces, NM, Gloria Loya (Jose Solis) of Las Cruces, NM and Graciela Loya (Alejandro Rincon) of Las Cruces, NM; and his sisters, Yolanda Loya Espinoza (Juan Campos) of Tucson, AZ and Luz Elena Rodriguez (Esteban) of Sierra Vista, AZ. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
