She was predeceased by: her parents, John Douglas and Iona Christiana Ericksen Walker. She is survived by: her son Michael Wayne Layer; her daughter-in-law Kaylene Call Layer; and her grandchildren, Adam Call Layer, Christina Renee Layer and Jacob Mathew Layer.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (461 N 300 W, Mt Pleasant, UT 84647). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mount Pleasant City Cemetery (106 W Main St, Mt Pleasant, UT 84647). A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (461 N 300 W, Mt Pleasant, UT 84647).
