She was predeceased by: her son Christopher Pearce of Edgewood. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Pearce of Edgewood; her sons, Michael and Matthew Pearce of Edgewood; her parents, Mike Tafoya and Sadie Tafoya of Sandia Park; and her siblings, Michael Tafoya (Cindy Tafoya) of Albuquerque, Elizabeth Danner (Richard Danner) of Edgewood, Connie Keyohara (Price Keyohara) of Moriarty, Renee Tafoya of Santa Fe and Marie Martinez (Tim Martinez) of Velarde. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.

A memorial service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Crossroads Bible Fellowship (2412 U. S. Rte 66, Edgewood, NM 87015). A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102).
