She was predeceased by: her husband Simon Orona; her parents, Ernest Vasquez and Gabrielita Vasquez (Romero); her grandson Ernest P. Vasquez; her nephew Jason P. Vasquez; her siblings-in-law, Berlinda Vasquez and Lorenzo Montoya; David Schmitz.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Ronald Vasquez (Laura Sanchez), Thomas Vasquez (Pam Vasquez) and Donna Vasquez Rudolph; her grandchildren, Terry-Isaiah, Victoria "Tori" Vasquez, Valerie Schmitz and Ryan Rudolph (Sage Rudolph); her great grandchildren, Ernest Vasquez, Zander Vasquez, Orrin Rudolph and Ari Rudolph; and her siblings, Eloy Vasquez, Robert Vasquez (Francella), Mary Ellen Montoya (Godson Mark Montoya) and Shirley Lopez (Leroy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
